Honey Tea & Fajitas on the Grill

Tonight we made fajita – Grilled Steak, Chicken & Shrimp.  All veggies fresh from the garden included shredded swiss chard, cilantro, an assortment of peppers & onions grill.  A mixed medley of diced tomatoes, cilantro & diced raw onions (YUMM) and some refried beans topped with a bit of shredded cheese & the tomato mixture.  Heated tortillas on the grill and to top it all off a big ole quart mason of my hubby’s famous (with me anyway) Honey Tea

Here is his secret recipe!

  • Quart mason jar
  • 2 tsp. instant tea
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • pour to second line with Jim Beam Honey Liquor
  • fill with cold water
  • stir
  • enjoy!
