Because It’s What I Had ………

Okay the fridge was sparse this weekend so I had to make something up!

Here it is:

1 big can Cream of Chicken soup

1 can chopped Tomatoes

1 can Canned Milk

5 cloves Garlic chopped

3 BIG Carrots sliced

3 ribs Celery sliced

1 Red Pepper chopped

2 teaspoons Parsley

1 teaspoon Pepper

2 teaspoon Salt

2 – 1/2 lbs Boneless Pork Loin Sirloin Chops

Obviously I chopped the vegetables 🙂  and dumped everything into the crock pot.  Mixed it together and laid the chops on top.  Let it cook for about 6-7 hours mixing it up now and again adding water as needed.  I had some left over mashed potatoes & cooked up some bow tie pasta (would not use them again for this.  I think egg noodles would be better) . Ladled the mix over the taters or pasta, whichever whoever preferred and it was actually VERY GOOD.

I had plenty enough left over to add milk to it the next day and warm it in the crock for a couple of hours to make a soup with it.   Served it with  home made rolls.

Yummy.  Everybody was happy 🙂
